Commissioning -
To ensure reliable operation - checking all measures to be taken to ensure trouble free operation. We do customer hand holding to ensure that the problems during commissioning are not waiting to be resolved by the customer but are resolved together with our team.
Maintenance - to ensure high availability of the system
AIC Systems are designed and manufactured to the most stringent modern standards. High standards of quality of the Analyser sourced from our foreign principals and close cooperation with them ensure a long working-life of our products. We train the customer on the operation and maintenance of the analyser system. Wherever required we also provide Annual Maintenance Contracts or Service Contracts to ensure added help to our customers for the maintenace of our supplied systems. In this way our customers can be assured of the maximum availability of the Analyser and sample handling system. If, despite all the preventive measures, the system should fail, we ensure reliable service disbursal by either quickly correcting the fault on site, or bringing the equipment to our works and carry out the necessary repairs in our works without delay. |
